68 - (269) حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، وَقُتَيْبَةُ، وَابْنُ حُجْرٍ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: ابْنُ أَيُّوبَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، أَخْبَرَنِي الْعَلَاءُ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «§اتَّقُوا اللَّعَّانَيْنِ» قَالُوا: وَمَا اللَّعَّانَانِ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ: «الَّذِي يَتَخَلَّى فِي طَرِيقِ النَّاسِ، أَوْ فِي ظِلِّهِمْ»

S [ ش (اللعانين) قال الإمام أبو سليمان الخطابي المراد باللعانين الأمرين الجالبين للعن الحاملين الناس عليه والداعيين إليه وذلك أن من فعلهما شتم ولعن يعني عادة الناس لعنه فلما صارا سببا لذلك أضيف اللعن إليهما (الذي يتخلى في طريق الناس) معناه يتغوط في موضع يمر به الناس (في ظلهم) قال الخطابي وغيره من العلماء المراد بالظل هنا مستظل الناس الذي اتخذوه مقيلا ومناخا ينزلونه ويقعدون فيه وليس كل ظل يحرم القعود تحته
