7319 - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنِ المَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «§لاَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى تَأْخُذَ أُمَّتِي بِأَخْذِ القُرُونِ قَبْلَهَا، شِبْرًا بِشِبْرٍ وَذِرَاعًا بِذِرَاعٍ» -[103-، فَقِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، كَفَارِسَ وَالرُّومِ؟ فَقَالَ: «وَمَنِ النَّاسُ إِلَّا أُولَئِكَ»
__________ W6888 (6/2669) -[ ش (بأخذ القرون) تسير بسيرة الأمم قبلها. (شبرا بشبر) الشبر ما بين رأس الإبهام ورأس الخنصر والكف مفتوحة مفرقة الأصابع والمراد بيان شدة اتباعهم والمبالغة في تقليدهم. وذكر فارس والروم لأنهم كانوا أكبر ممالك الأرض حينئذ وأكثرهم رعية وأوسعهم بلادا والناس إنما يقلدون من كان هذا حاله وليس المراد الحصر. وكذلك ذكره لليهود والنصارى في الحديث الآتي لأنهم كانوا المشهورين بالديانات السماوية
